Terms and Conditions for Social Media Competition

Entry Period: From the date of the post until August 12, 2024, 23:59 (CET)

Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter. Participants must comment on the specified TikTok post using a valid TikTok account. This competition is open to residents worldwide, unless prohibited by local laws.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must comment on the following TikTok post: TikTok Post. The comment must not receive any likes by the end of the competition period. Comments with likes will be disqualified.

Selection of Winner

The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible comments that have zero likes at the end of the competition period. The winner must be able to prove their age by providing a valid ID.

Notification of Winner

The winner will be contacted via TikTok messaging initially, followed by communication through email and phone. The winner must respond within 7 business days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected under the same conditions.

General Conditions

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with TikTok. DKORI reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition if necessary, without prior notice. DKORI reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or that attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the competition.

Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the winner's address. DKORI will cover the shipping costs. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at DKORI’s discretion.

Liability

DKORI is not responsible for any technical issues or disruptions that may affect participation in the competition. By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions and to DKORI’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.
